The school was first made of lawn and cotton.

Piecemeal from the School, a wedded woman also wears a thick cowhide skirt that has been softened with beast fat and watercolor, she’s needed to cover her entire body to indicate that she’s now wedded and no longer available for implicit suitors.

Traditionally, Zulu women covered their blood with a cloth, but currently, the simple cloth used to cover their pieces of bread has been replaced with cotton vests or rounded bras which are worn along with various rounded chokers.

Artistic activist and author  2022 was wearied at a shopping complex by the center operation for wearing traditional vesture.

The incident was captured on videotape.

Mahlangu was asked to leave the Boulders Mall because the operation didn’t blink his outfit. The boardwalk proprietor can be heard telling Mahlangu that he was dressed indecently.
We’ve included the videotape below. A man relating himself as the boardwalk proprietor asked Mahlangu and his mate Nobile Masuku to leave.

The incident was captured on videotape by Masuku.

‘I ’M WEARING AFRICAN Vesture IN AFRICA’
The proprietor said the boardwalk has “ right of admission” before adding “ I don’t blink this in my boardwalk. It’s a public place, you’re dressed indecently”
.
When the man continues to tell Mahlangu that he’s not welcome on the boardwalk, Mahlangu and Masuku can be heard defending themselves and their right to wear traditional Ndebele vesture.
“ You’re wearing Western, I’m wearing African ( vesture) in Africa. Are you telling me I’m not supposed to wear African vesture in Africa?”

Artistic activist and author Thando Mahlangu.

The boardwalk proprietor claimed he won’t allow it because at “ his” boardwalkadding that “ right of admission is reserved”. Mahlangu and Masuku can also be heard asking whose right of admission was reserved.

“ I ’m saying this is a public place. I ’m not allowing that then, this is my boardwalkRight of admission is reserved”.
Toward the end of the short videotape clip, Masuku can be heard saying, “ What a disappointment”. Mahlangu later told Sowetan Live that both Masuku were at Boulders Mall to protect toiletries.

He explained that a security guard was gaping at them and that the boardwalk proprietor brazened them when they entered a Clicks store because he was “ draining guests with (his) vesture”.
“ The guard told me I was simply wearing undergarments and this was chasing down guests, and due to this, I wasn’t allowed to buy at the boardwalk. I refused to leave and I told the security guard to call the person who instructed him that he must tell me to leave the boardwalk
