When our African wax print apparel became popular worldwide, we noticed a demand for made-to-measure garments that fit impeccably no matter your shape or size. We wanted our guests to be involved in the design process by customizing they are own made-to-measure clothes online!

Kitenge, a social enterprise, empowers knitters in Tanzania to ameliorate their livelihoods.

Through the gains made from our orders, our knitters have opened their own shops, erected larger demesne, bought sewing machines and outfits,s and hired and trained new staff.

Likewise, our raw accouterments from the fabric to the swing tickets are locally sourced from small businesses in Tanzania supporting the original frugality and African cloth assiduity.
